We accept Visa and Mastercard payments through our secure Shopify payment system.
We can arrange payment plans of up to two months, which allows you to secure your artwork and pay it off over time. To arrange, please email us on email@example.com
Alternatively, we accept Art Money, which allows you to get your artwork immediately and pay over ten months with interest-free payments.
Art makes a meaningful and unique gift, so we are delighted to offer gift cards, which you can purchase here. We can also arrange a gift registry for weddings, birthdays or any other special occasion you have in mind. A website landing page will be set-up for you to provide to your guests to make the process seamless.
We understand that sometimes you are looking for an artwork to suit a particular space in your home. To assist you in visualising how a particular artwork will look in your home, we offer a View in My Space service. Simply send us an image of the room you wish to place the artwork in and we will we send you a digital mock-up of what it will look like.
We recommend that you select your artwork carefully as we are unable to provide returns. Delivered artworks must be opened within 24 hours of being received to ensure no damage has occurred during transit. In the unlikely instance that any damage has occurred, please notify us immediately with images and details.
Some of our artworks come already framed, with their framing carefully chosen by the artist to complement the work. A number of our artworks are not framed, with many of them able to be displayed in your space without being framed. If you are unsure about framing and artwork presentation, we can offer you considered advice and provide details of recommended local framers to ensure you get the best result.
Artists may offer their work in an edition or multiples. This is generally only done if the work is in a medium such as printmaking or photography. If an artwork is offered in an edition, it will be in a limited number, which will be notated in the works details.
Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the names of any of the artist that you are interested in and we will make sure you are one of the first know when they release new artworks.
Due to the care needed to freight artworks, we use trusted couriers to undertake deliveries. Once you have made your purchase, we will arrange the best priced delivery quote based on the size of your work and your location.
We will send your delivery fee to you as a separate invoice. As soon as you have finalised the invoice, we will arrange delivery of your work to you.
If you wish to get an estimate of your delivery costs prior to purchase, please contact us on email@example.com to arrange a delivery quote based on the work/works you are interested in and your delivery location.
Once you have made your purchase, we will arrange for it to shipped to you using one of our trusted couriers. On average, you will receive your artwork within 2-3 weeks of purchase, however timeframes will vary depending on locations. We will advise you once the work is on its way to you and provide an estimated delivery day at that point. We will also provide tracking details wherever possible.
